At long last, at the first Fermenta Festival in Kandos in March 2021, Kandos School of Cultural Adaptation (KSCA) launched its latest publication: An Artist, a Farmer and a Scientist Walk into a Bar. Filled with stories, essays, poems and vivid imagery, the newspaper provides windows into the surprising cross-disciplinary collaborations that were galvanised by KSCA’s three year project with-the-very-long-title: An Artist, a Farmer and a Scientist Walk into a Bar…. Many pieces explore issues of land generation, regenerative agriculture and rural change; all seek ways to rethink our relationships to land in a changing climate.
